After completing the rebranding process with Earnix, we were able to create their unique employer value proposition based on the new brand strategy. The new brand story chose to highlight Earnix as a company that super-powers exceptional financial players to become the heroes of their markets.
When approaching the brand's story as an employer, we defined Earnix's employees as exceptional players that possess a unique opportunity - to be part of an exceptional organization and to help power change and growth in Earnix.
We created a unique graphic language, based on that of the brand itself. We identified the various engagement points current and prospective employees encountered and developed a toolbox of assets including: a careers section for the company website, a message box, recruitment ad templates, internal newsletter templates and more.
