Strauss Group Ltd., known under the Strauss brand is the largest food company in Israel, bringing its products to the millions of people around the country through retailers. While a simple order management app could do the trick, we wanted to go deeper and create a long-lasting bond with these retailers that will keep Strauss as a leading contributor not just on their shelves, but also to their business operation and vision.
The challenge
The challenge was the characterization and design of a loyalty and ordering application for small retailers (grocery shop owners and small supermarkets). There was a need for Strauss to strengthen the relationship with the retailers in an arena that is becoming more and more competitive, and to address this they established a loyalty club for retailers.
The implementation of a new core system in the organization (Salesforce) created the opportunity to design a new customer experience for the retailer's loyalty program - to strengthen the value and experience of the retailer's club, and also to enable independent digital ordering.

The research revealed the challenges retailers writers face daily, such as constant interruptions. To enhance user experience, we emphasize optimizing screen content in the app, ensuring seamless continuity. Additionally, during user exploration phases, we aim to provide valuable information like business insights and exclusive club offers. Our team's mantra: "Remove their friction, and they'll smile back at us"—prioritizing user value and effortless engagement for long-term loyalty.
