Astral's rebranding was not easy to crack: it was imperative to tell a new brand story that would set it apart from conservative hotel chains, to create a positive dialogue among the public, and to position it as a top-tier hotel chain in Eilat (and later, in the entire country). The process included developing a new brand story, building a new brand language, and implementing it everywhere.
