- Location: Israel. Candidates should be living in Israel.
- Work Arrangement: Candidates should be able to work 3 days from the office in Tel Aviv and 2 days from home, full term.
What you'll do:
- Manage Client Relationships: Be the go-to person between the client and the team, making sure everything runs smoothly and projects are a success.
- Plan and Execute Projects: From planning to execution and successful launch, you'll be a key part of our projects. This means building the project plan, detailing tasks, estimating hours, scheduling, budgeting, and keeping everything on track.
- Monitor and Control: Keep an eye on project hours and tasks, making sure everything stays on schedule and within budget.
- Celebrate Success: Organize and celebrate successful project launches, making sure every milestone is a reason to cheer.
- Financial Alignment: Make sure the project sticks to its financial plan (plan vs. actual), adjusting as needed to stay on budget.
Who you are:
- Super Organized: You love creating and running systems and processes.
- Cool Under Pressure: You don’t tend to stress and stay cool when working under stress.
- Problem Solver: You enjoy tackling challenges and finding solutions.
- Experienced: Previous project management experience is a plus, with at least one or two successful years in an advertising/branding agency being a bonus.
- Knowledgeable in Design/UX: Familiarity with this area is a bonus.
- Multitasker: You're great at juggling multiple tasks and staying efficient.
- Team Motivator: You know how to motivate the team and drive project success.
- People Person: You have excellent interpersonal skills, mental resilience, love for people, and a high drive to succeed.
- Proficient in English: High-level English proficiency is a must. We don't care if you got it from your mama or from Netflix, but you'll need to write and have meetings in English for a lot of your projects.
Bonus points if you have:
- Relevant Degree: Nice to have.
- Irrelevant Degree: Even better.
- Prior Experience: The best.
